[ETC] Early Christmas Presents and Snow

Since university has finished yesterday and I'm on my christmas holidays, I have more time to blog and actually comment on blogs. I'm going back home on Monday and it's heavily snowing and there are inches of snow. I hope my train isn't cancelled otherwise I may spend Christmas in Birmingham without my family. I have work to do over the 4 week holiday but it's not too much. Here are a few presents I have received from university friends:
Ferne Cotton Eye Shimmer Set:

1kg of Cadbury Dairy Milk:

Geisha money box:

This is how I roll mug:

Chocolate and hot chocolate set:

Tarepanda:

I've received these from the boyfriend. It was a mini surprise and the panda is sooooooo cute! He's got me more things and its a surprise which I won't get until I go back to university in the new year. I do wonder what it is.

Snow:

It's heavily snowing at the moment and inches of snow. I hope I can get back home on Monday. There's been many delays and cancelations. I'm beginning to hate snow.

I love big volume hair!
I just did a normal simple hair tie with volume but you can't really see it in pictures. Then started to mess around with it and I do quite like it where the rest is up.

Back:

OOTD:
Black cardigan from Topshop
Smiley face t-shirt from Topshop
High waisted shorts from River Island
Leggings
Ankle boots

Can anyone believe that it's Christmas a week on Saturday?! How fast did this year go?!

[OOTN + HOTD + NOTD] Masquerade Ball

Hey guys! Here is the dress I ended up purchasing including my hairstyle for that night. Its from Jane Norman:

I wanted the first Topshop dress but it can easily get ripped so decided not to. Plus I saw a girl wearing it at the ball. Glad no one wore the same dress as me. ;).

Makeup wise, I did a smokey eyed look with nude lips.

My nails I did for the night:

A simple french.
Products used:
Red Earth Nail Enamel in PK101
Collection 2000 in Pearly White
Maybelline Salon Manicure Ultra Strong 3 in 1

[FASHION + HAUL] Masquerade Ball Shopping

Today is masquerade ball and I went shopping for the stuff yesterday since I didn't own the right dress and style. First of all, shopping for dresses was so annoying since I've tried on a lot of dresses and was sick of it by the end of the day. I'm quite fussy about the style and look of dresses which meant that it was hard for me to like a dress. Here are the dreses I tried on:

Topshop:

H&M:

The dress hanging on the right, I tried it on and it made me look pregnant so rejected it straight away.

New Look:

Has an applique design on front. Not sure if you can see it or not.

Republic:

Jane Norman:

Has one shoulder strap.

I've bought one of these dresses, but which one??? :P

Since it's a masquerade ball, a mask is needed. Bought this off eBay on Sunday and it arrived yesterday.

And accessories to match the outfit. Bought these from Forever 21:

Not much of a haul to be honest.

I will post the whole outfit soon and will show you guys which dress I had purchased.
