Finally bought sandals! Wedges to make me look a weeeee bit taller. ;) These are from New Look as they're have a sale on sandals which finishes tomorrow! So hurry and get them before they go back to original price.

I was standing on my desk. Lol.

Seamless bandeau from New Look as well. Bought this as I thought it'll match a going out outfit while playing dress up last night at 3am. xD

These accessories are from Primark. Primark is know for it's inexpenive clothing, shoes, accessories, homeware etc. All of these were £1 except for the pearl necklace. I only shop at Primark just for the accessories.

Gold bracelets. 10 in the pack. Different style.

Silver Bracelets. 10 in a pack. Different styles.

Grey Pearls and Black Bracelets with ribbon.

Exactly the same as above but in white.

Pearl headband. For those who follow my twitter, I stated that I wanted a pearl headband. I got one but it wansn't the style I wanted but still pretty.

Pearl necklace with a bow brooch.

Also bought my favourite liquid eyeliner, GOSH Extreme Art Eyeliner in 07 Black, and an eyebrow pencil, Rimmel Professional Eye Brow Pencil in Hazel.

[HAIR] Hair Care Routine Including Video

Hair Type:
Fine, flat, greasy/oily hair

Step 1: Shampoo Part 1
I'll use either one of these:
Alberto Balsam Juicy Green Apple Shampoo:

CIEN Shampoo For Daily Use With Herb And Aloe Vera Extracts:

Both of these shampoos are good for greasy hair. They make my hair feel so clean afterwards and they both do volume my hair. They both contain herbal extracts and vitamin B5 which strengthens the hair. I'll use wither of these shampoo. More like whichever I grab first. They're both cheap and affordable.

Step 2: Shampoo Part 2
Aussie Aussome Volume Shampoo:

I do love to have big, volumising hair. I use this after the first shampoo. This is more of a gel consistency. My is is fine and limp and no volume at all, best volumising shampoo. It doesn't leave my hair greasy and for £3.59, it's good!

Step 3: Hair Mask
Lee Stafford Hair Growth Treatment
"Its vital hair and scalp complex helps to reduce hair loss. It improves follicle health which in turn increases the ability of the hair to anchor to the scalp. The soothing formulation reduces irritation and moisturises the scalp. It addresses hair and scalp ageing at a cellular level whilst providing an improvement in tensile strength to give body and texture by penetrating the hair reaching the inner cortex. Lee Stafford Hair Growth Treatment also improves the volume and feel of the hair."

It states to scoop an egg size into the palm and massage into the roots and end. Size equivalent to an egg is a bit too much. Leave it on for 5 mins then wash it out. Amazing hair mask. My hair is more controllable and the texture of my hair is good, leaving it soft. It slightly thickened my hair as my hair is very fine. I haven't noticed whether this makes my hair grow faster as my hair does naturally grow fast. Best hair mask treatment I've used and the smell i so nice. For £6.99, it's worth every penny!

Step 3.5: Conditioning
The reason for this being step 3.5 is due to the fact I only condition my hair once a week. I hate wash in wash out conditioners as my hair does get greasy after half a day. I only use the conditioner which was provided with my hair dye.
Superdrug Intense Colour Conditioner:

I use this to keep the colour of my hair vibrant and beautiful. This is like a leave in treatment. It states to leave it in for 2 mins. This does leave my hair moisturised and my hair doesn't lose its colour. Leaves my hair soft.

Step 4: Conditioning Part 1
Boots Expert Leave-in Thickening Conditioner:

This leave in conditioner is light and it's £2.99. Conditions my hair and adds volume. It makes my hair easier to style. I prefer using leave in conditioner like this. Hair doesn't get greasy throughout the day and it's perfect. A few sprays form root to ends and then gently use a wide tooth comb to comb threw or use my hands to go through my hair.

Step 5: Conditioning Part 2
Watsons Vitamin B5 Nourishing Leave-On-Conditioner:

I bought this in Hong Kong last year in the summer and it lasted me ages. Since the ends of the hair is the oldest, we need to keep it in good condition. I love to use this for my ends and it deep conditions it and it doesn;t need to wash out. It moisturises the ends and since it contains vitamin B5, it's great. I hardly get split ends and it was cheap in Hong Kong too since it was Watson's own brand. Can't exactly remember the exact price.

A lot of products right?

Other information:
Like I stated in the video, I don't blowdry my hair, hardly straighten my hair. I do sometimes curl my hair. Hot appliances aren't good for your hair.

[REVIEW] King Size Violet

Candy King Size Violet

Overall Rating:
Review: I've finally had the time to try and review this. These are similar to Geo Angel Violet. Without inserting the lense, you can already see that the colour is already vibrant in the lense case. In the images above, you can see that it is vibrant when inserted and looked at in natural lighting. I have worn this lense during the day and two of my male friends have noticed it straight away. One of them said that it was very cool and the other said that I looked like an anime character. This was due to it being violet. Not a natural eye colour but a very cool one. This is never a natural colour and you will get stared at etc. In some lighting, the colour isn't as noticeable.

Like the other King Size lenses, this has a good enlargement factor. 14.5mm enlargment, giving a 17mm effect. For comfort, these didn't irritate me or cause any discomfort. But they did make my eyes go red after 5 hours of wear. I thought this was strange as my other King Size lenses didn't.

This will be great for cosplaying. My only complain about this is the makeup that should go with this. You will be limited with the choice of colours to compliment this. Overall, I do like these lense as I do like to stand out.

[HAUL] Mini Haul

Long bow top from New Look:

Detail:

Ribbed banned mini skirt from New Look:

Rimmel eye makeup remover:

Great eye makeup remover. 3rd bottle now? Cheap but effective.

I had trouble with the clothing size. Whenever I find a nice clothing item, it's not available in my size. They've ran out and all there is left are bigger sizes. At times like this, I do consider gaining a lot of weight to buy the clothes. Lol. But not going to.
Also, when I do find the clothing size, it's either a little bit small or a little bit big, never a perfect match. So ended up not buying much.

Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in Transparent
Benefit Powder Blush in Dandelion

Fraulein38 120 Eyeshadow Palette (for eyes and eyebrow. Ran out of eyebrow pencil)
Fraulein38 88 Eyeshadow Shimmer Palette
Naris Wink Up Gel Eyeliner
False Eyelashes

Lips:
Revlon Matte in Nude Attitude
Clinique Long Last Glosswear in Air Kiss

I like following tutorials from fellow beauty bloggers. ^^ Think I may do it more often. :)

In the last picture, you can actually see the shape of my hair. Short at the front and gradually getting longer towards the back. The longest part of my hair is an inch shorter. V shaped hair. :)

I remember being tagged by Chaigyaru on 6 Quirky Facts. Haven't had the time to do it until now, so hear it goes:

1. I hate eye contact. Not sure why but it feels weird even towards family, friends and the other half. I just look down or stare somewhere else on theiir face other than the eye.

2. I'm an art student at heart not a computer scientist. Yes, I do do computer science as a degree at the moment. The reason being is parents. Mine are so asian so that explains all. I'm an all rounder art student, being able to do all aspects of art such as photography, graphic design, textiles, fine art, 3D. I get inspired easily.

3. I have more caucasian friends than asian. I guess being born and raised in England, especially when the area I lived in consists of 99% caucasian, I've grown up around them and seem to get along with them more than asian people. Don't get me wrong, I do get along with asian friends just as well but maybe I'm slightly "white-washed" in a way. I do know my own culture, language etc.

4. I think deeply before I sleep and when I listen to music.  I always do this. Thinking things through properly or reminising. Before I sleep, I think about what happened the day before, that day and the next day. I also think about my life in general, friends, love, family. Everytime I listen to music, the meaning's always about love and break ups. I listen to the lyrics properly and it makes me remember my past relationships and future ones. The lyrics tend to make me feel down especially if I'm very very very deeply thinking.

5. I fantasize wayyyy too much. Not sure why. Maybe because I watch too much dramas/films and fantasize about it happening to me. Or I just fantasize what I would like to happen in a certain situation eventhough I know it won't come true.

6. I love clubbing. I prefer this to singing karaoke. I like to dress to impress haha. I just love having a great time with friends and having fun and funny experiences with them with or without alcohol. And yes, I do drink. Karaoke just bores me.

7. I enjoy deep conversations. Just enjoy it due to the fact I think it's interesting and I do enjoy it and learn about other people. This allows me to know them and understand them better. I'm not nosey in other people's business but I'm willing to talk about anything which may end up being a deep, meaningful conversation.

I did 7 in the end but oh wells. One extra won't hurt. ;)

I'll tag everyone :)

Review:  I won these 4 nail polishes in a Sleek competition back in April/May. Haven't had time to swatch/review this until now. So where do I start? These are the newest colours Sleek has released stating they're pastel colours. To be honest, Pastel Pink and Lilac are pastel colours, Florida is a neon orange while Turquoise is just a bold colour.

The swatches above only consists of one coat. This shows how pigmented these nail polishes are. The outcome is true to the colour in the bottle. I would suggest 2 coats for this to cover the nail as this is kind of gloopy and thick and can be streaky. A little is needed for each application of the nail. It is easy to use, just need to make sure you have the right amount on the brush.

These do last a few days but they do chip in the end especially if you didn't apply a top coat. At one point, it chipped badly which meant i had to remove the nail polish from all fingers and reapply. I guess this is what you get for the price. These are £3.49 each in selected Superdrug stores. Cheap but reasonable price for it.

This states it dries in 30 seconds. I haven't noticed this. When I finish painting one hand and move onto the other hand and when I finished the second hand, the first hand is dried. However, it isn't 100% fully dried. I'd say 95%. After 5-10 minutes. It's properly dried.

If you do get some of it around your nails, it's easy to remove as it peels off like plastic in a way. If you're the type of person to pick the nail varnish off the nails, this may peel off easily if you have many coats of it on. It's still hard to peel it off no matter the amount of coats you have.

I would purchase more of these in the future due to the pigmentation to which I have fallen in love with.

NOTD:

Turquoise is my favourite colour out of the four. Beautiful colour.

I've added an extra rule for my giveaway. You get an extra entry if you follow kiwiberry. I have stated what you need to do :)

[MODELLING] Today's Modelling Experience and Outcome

Hey guys! It's been over a week since I last did a post! Sorry! You guys know I had exams and had officially finished them last week but had a busy schedule since then.

Anyways, I did have a photoshoot today and it was very enjoyable. I know i did say that I'd take pictures etc but I wasn't allowed to take any in the building. :( A hair salon, makeup room and a studio in one! :) Free drinks all day. The staff was very welcoming and listened to what I actually wanted.

Here's the final outcome:

Went for the casual look.

Eyes:

I asked for a neutral look. The makeup artist was amazing and loved the outcome of this! Used simple techniques to emphasise the eyes.

Face:

This is a close up. I wanted a natural look and a little bit of contouring. Using a bronzer and a gloss to create this amazing effect especially on the cheeks. They used a colour-adapting foundation and this amazing powder to set the foundation. Concealer was used as well. The foundation was a heavy coverage and the powder kept my face shine free all day. It was that amazing! :) Since it was a photoshoot, they put heavy makeup on which I felt uncomfortable with.

Before applying the makeup, I had the most relaxing and cooling facial massage.

Hair:

My hair from all angles except from the back. At first, we had a consultation on how I'd like my hair to be cut and styled. I stated that I wanted a v shaped haircut and big volumising, loose wavy curls.
Had my hair washed and head massaged first then the haircut begins. Then blowdried and styled. I did say that I wanted my bangs to be cut but then when it was styled, I decided to leave it and thought it looked good.
In the hair images above, the curls had loosen up so much since I had to walk home in the wind. The outcome photo shows my curls is more defined yet loose.

First was the welcoming, consultation, hair, makeup. Next was the photoshoot.
Had 3 outfit changes and the outcome photo is my favourite out of the rest. Had so many backgrounds, props and this circle thingy to sit in. The photographer was nice and gave me advice on the posing. Of course I took his advice and looked natural.

Went to the studio after the photoshoot and cringed at many photos then decided that I liked one photo in the end. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! :)

[ETC] Suggestions/Ideas Needed Please! :)

Right, I have this modelling thing on the 10th June and I completely have no idea with makeup, fashion, hair, theme, outfit etc.

Well, I have to bring my own clothes, and they style my hair and do my makeup to how I like it. So I would like you readers to help me. :)

I was thinking of a theme overall so it'd be easier (e.g. prom, sports, urban, night out, girl next door, summer etc).

So readers, what theme should I do? And also how should ask them to do my makeup and hair? And my outfit too plus accessories! ^^

I will take and post pictures of this event! :) Enter my giveaway too ^^

EDIT...P.S. I've never modelled before by a professional photographer. I've modelled for friends projects but they directed me what to do. As with this, I'm free to do anything

More Info:
I have 4 outfit changes
I get a haircut, styled and blowdried
It's not a glamour shot (they're like over £1500? I'm a university student living on £400 per semester)
I decide on the hairstyle and the makeup

Maybe a theme for all 4 outfit changes, or a one theme per outfit where the makeup/hair matches all themes?

Not sure. It's upto u guys to give me suggestions/ideas for everything xD
